September 4 Tuesday A.M.- “Get Acquainted” Day - (Parents and Students)9:00-10:00 (Session #1) 10:30-11:30 (Session #2)
September 5 Wednesday - First full day of Preschool and Extended Care(ALL students are to attend.)
September 12 Wednesday - All School Fall Fundraiser Begins
September 12 Wednesday P.M. - Parent Assembly – Church Sanctuary
(Parents only) 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
September 26 Wednesday - All School Fall Fundraiser ENDS
October 2 Tuesday - Fall School Pictures
October 3 Wednesday - Fall Administrator’s lunch
October 24 Wednesday - Costume Parade Haimerl Center) & Parties
November 5 Monday - Progress Reports Sent Home (Conferences Can be Scheduled Upon Request From Teacher Or Parent.)
November 14 Wednesday - Harvest Potluck Times & locations T.B.A.)
November 21, 22, 23 Wed/Thurs/Fri - Thanksgiving Vacation - NO SCHOOL
December 11 –12 Tuesday/Wednesday - Secret Santa Shop
December 19 Wednesday - “Winterfest” – All School Holiday Celebration
December 20 – January 4 (Christmas Vacation – will begin at the close of the school day on Wednesday, December 19, and all classes/Ext. Care will resume on Monday, January 7. This will total twelve school days.)
January 21 Monday - Martin Luther King Day - NO SCHOOL
February 6 Wednesday - Speech/Hearing Screenings*
*Conducted by the Columbus Speech & Hearing Center
February 18 Monday - Presidents Day – NO SCHOOL
March 3 Monday - Parent/Teacher Conf. – No School/Extended Care Today Babysitting will be available during Conferences.
March 21 – March 28 (Spring Vacation – will begin at the close of the school day on Thursday, March 20th, and all classes/Ext. Care will resume on Monday, March 31st . Six school days total.)
April 22 Tuesday - Spring School Pictures
April 23 Wednesday - Spring Administrator’s Lunch
April 30 Wednesday - Professional In-Service Day – NO SCHOOL
May 6th (Rain Date May 7th) Tuesday (Rain Date – Wednesday) Bike-A-Thon (Spring Fundraiser)
May 18-23 Sunday-Friday Spring Art Show
May 21 Wednesday - Grandparent’s Day
May 26 Monday - Memorial Day - NO SCHOOL
June 4 Wednesday - Year-End Assembly in Haimerl Center – 10:30 AM All-School Potluck Picnic – 11:00 AM
June 5 Thursday - Last Day of Preschool/Extended Care
