To provide physical, social, emotional, and spritual opportunities for children to grow in a safe, healthy, and positive environment.

A child’s experiences in preschool should build a positive attitude, which will enable him/her to make a smooth transition to school life. Ascension Lutheran Preschool strives to provide a rich, diverse, multicultural program, through activities in language arts, music, free & creative arts, dramatic play, math & science reasoning, and health.

In addition, Ascension hosts many other exciting & special events (Harvest Potluck, Costume Parade, etc.). One prime example is our annual Spring Art Festival, in which artwork from each student is proudly displayed for ALL to enjoy during this event!

Students enjoy daily large muscle activity and development. Our playground facility is vast, with a colorful array of safe and exciting equipment!

P.A.L.S. PARENT GROUP
Started in 2003, the P.A.L.S. group (Parents of Ascension Lutheran Students) is a volunteer parent organization, which emphasizes advocacy work for the benefit of our preschool. This group meets monthly, and discusses such projects as fundraising, preschool event planning, and overall program enhancements. New members are always welcome!
